Season 2 Schedule Released

Rio Rancho, NM (November 8, 2019) – The long awaited schedule for the New Mexico Runners professional arena soccer team has finally been released by the Major Arena Soccer League 2 (M2). The Runners will kick off their 2019-20 season with a home game on Saturday December 7^th, 2019 at the Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho.

The New Mexico Runners organization has been hard at work getting the preparations for season 2 finalized. Coaching and player announcements will be made in the coming week.

“This season is going to be a high energy and exciting season!” says Team Owner and President Andres Trujillo. “With soccer on the community radar in New Mexico, our season gives New Mexico soccer fans more soccer all year long.”

New Mexico will continue to play exciting arena soccer action with partner venue Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho. “We want the community to come out and experience the fun and excitement of our pro arena soccer team,” states Santa Ana Star Center General Manager Mat Bolinger.

The New Mexico Runners will play 7 home games and 7 away this season against teams spanning from Chihuahua, Mexico to Wichita, Kansas. The season will begin in December 2019 and run through March 2020.

This season, single game tickets start at only $13 and go on sale at 12 noon on Friday November 8^th, 2019 online and at the Santa Ana Star Center box office. Season tickets are already on sale and can be purchased on the New Mexico Runners website (HERE) where they start at just $73 for 7 home games. Season tickets are selling fast and fans can save $18 by buying season tickets now.

The Runners will kick off their second season in a matchup at home against the Austin Power. The matchup will take place on Saturday December 7^th, 2019 with a 5:15 PM kick-off at the Santa Ana Star Center (3001 Civic Center Circle Dr. NW, Rio Rancho, NM 87144). Tickets start at $13 and doors will open at 4:00 PM.
