What if I buy my tickets from unauthorized third parties?
The New Mexico Runners or Santa Ana Star Center are not responsible for tickets purchased from third parties. Tickets could have been lost, stolen, or reprinted. If you encounter a problem with your third-party purchase, you will need to deal directly with the third party. Customers purchasing through third parties, are taking a risk that the tickets they purchase may be invalid.
Why can’t I find a discounted price?
If no discount appears on the discount page, the event does not offer discounts.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds, unless the show or event is cancelled. This includes season ticket and single game ticket purchases.
Can I exchange my tickets?
We do not exchange single game tickets.
What is “Will Call” and how do I get my tickets?
Will Call is a window where your tickets can be picked up on event day/night. Please have a picture ID and the confirmation number. Will Call is open at least 1 hour before every event. To guarantee your seats, you must pick up your tickets BEFORE the event starts. Will-Call hours (after the event starts) vary by event.
What age qualifies as a child?
Ages 2 to 18. Children 5 and under get in free.
