Please read the entire credential policy below and fill out all fields of information regarding your media credential request. In order for your application to be considered complete, all information must be filled in.

Credential Policy

  • Credentials are granted to authorized working press, New Mexico Runners approved officials and game management personnel for the sole purpose of providing access to a person who has a legitimate working function in connection with said event
  • Any unauthorized use of this credential or violation of its terms subjects the person to ejection from the event stadium or venue(s) and revocation of the credential. 
  • All passes are approved only by the New Mexico Runners organization. 
  • Media organization identification and the name of the media member covering the game for that outlet are required for every credential. 
  • Passes are not transferable and may be revoked at any time without cause. Media members that need to alter their original request should do so by contacting the appropriate sport contact. 
  • Single-game credentials must be requested by 12 noon Wednesday prior to the game. Pre-arranged credentials may be picked up at the media will-call at the press entrance two hours before game time. No credentials will be mailed.
  • Media must wear credentials in plain view at all times within the arena. Working media with credentials will have access to the press room at designated times. Your cooperation is required to maintain a professional working atmosphere.
  • Signature below and acceptance of the approved credential constitutes agreement by the bearer to abide by the foregoing conditions. 
  • Working space and credentials will be allotted based on the following priority guidelines: 
  1. Originating television and radio personnel involved in a live broadcast.
  2. Daily newspapers covering for next-day publication (based on circulation).
    a) Wire services and national publications.  
    b) New Mexico Runners web site partners and visiting team web site partners. 
  3. National web site reporters writing for postgame articles on television network or historically printed publication Web sites.
  4. Officially recognized New Mexico Runners and visiting team newspapers, publications and news outlets.
  5. New Mexico Runners-approved publications covering the Runners on an exclusive basis. 
  6. Non-originating radio and television personnel reporting on the game. Only the following radio personnel receive consideration for credentials based on space:
    a) New Mexico-area radio stations with a full-time sports director conducting a sports-based show on a daily basis.
    b) Beat radio sports directors or reporters covering a visiting team. 
  7. Non-daily newspapers or publications reporting on the game.
