Dr. Lujan has over 6 years of hands-on clinical expertise in Sports Medicine rehabilitation and injury prevention, pre and post-operative spinal cord rehabilitation, and acute/chronic pain management.
Dr. Lujan has specialized training in Chiropractic Physical Medicine, Motion Palpation technique, Diversified Technique, Thompson Technique, Kinesio® Taping (Certified Instructor), and Webster Technique (Certified ICPA) with an emphasis in sports medicine injury prevention and rehabilitation. She has completed over a 1,000 hours athletic training hours with collegiate and high school athletes.
Dr. Christina M. Lujan is a Board Certified Doctor of Chiropractic. She was born and raised in Albuquerque. Dr. Lujan graduated from Texas State University – San Marcos, with a Bachelor of Exercise Sports Science major in Athletic Training. During her studies at Texas State University, Dr. Lujan worked with collegiate athletes and worked as a physical therapist / wound care technician for both in-patient and out-patient settings at the local hospital. After graduation Dr. Lujan worked side-by-side with orthopedic neurosurgeons, pain management practitioners, and McKenzie certified Physical Therapists.Seeking a career in the medical field, she moved her family to Houston to attend Texas Chiropractic College (TCC), where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Bachelors of Science in Human Biology. While attending TCC, Dr. Lujan helped manage, coach, and coordinate her sons wrestling team.
