New Mexico Hosts Inferno

Rio Rancho, NM (February 17, 2019) – The New Mexico Runners (2-5) play host to the Colorado Inferno FC (6-2) for the third time this season on Sunday February 17th at 3:05 PM MT at the Santa Ana Star Center. The Runners are coming out strong after their first home victory in franchise history.

The Runners defeated the Rumble at home back on February 10th by a score of 14-13. A win against the Rumble moved New Mexico to 3rd place in the Mountain Division standings.

New Mexico is facing the Inferno for the second time this season as they only lost by a score of 12-15.

Head Coach Famiglietta feels "the team is finally meshing together the way it was intended. Time to make a run for the post season."

A win against the inferno solidifies their 3rd place ranking and a chance to get to the playoffs. One game at a time is what the team is focused on this Sunday.

Sunday's home game at the Santa Ana Star Center will kick-off at 3:05 pm with doors opening at 2 pm on February 17, 2019. Tickets can be purchased online here, but fans can save on convenience fees by purchasing at the door (box office fees apply).
